Four steps to solving the problem

Yesterday, I was learn 4 steps to solving problem. I am possibly convince that this 4 steps will help you to find the best solution for every issue. Problem solving is an attempt to find an appropriate way of attaining a goal when the goal is not readily available. Whatever the problem, we want to come up with the fastest and best solution possible. Here the 4 steps are First Find and Frame Problems, Second Develop Good Problem Solving Strategies, Third Evaluate Solutions and the last Rethink and Redefine problems and solutions over time. Now, I would like to describe it briefly in the next paragraph.

First Find and Frame Problems is recognizing and identifying the key problem to find the solution and involves asking question in creative way. Second, develop good problem solving to find the best solution by analyze what we have framed to find outcome to reach your goal. Third, evaluate solutions to control the best solution if actually works. If it is not run smoothly turn back to the first and the second step again. The last is rethink and redefine problems and solutions to improve your previous solution to get the possible and better outcome.

The good, the bad, and the spoiled: How children react

Psychiatrists have acknowledged that environmental influences and relationships with parents are important factors in the development of personality. But, they say, they say, it is birth order and relationships with siblings that is the most reliable predictor of human behavior.

  • Fist-borns: lots of attention but high parental expectations. Must then cope with the arrival of subsequent children. Try to win back parent’s attention by meeting parents’ expectations. Conservative, responsible, and insecure, but high achievers because they try heard.
  • Second children: Probably rebel against parental authority and goody-goody elder sibling. Attention=seeking, more relaxed attitude to life. May try to outdo elder child.
  • Middle children: enjoy no clear status, often searching constantly for a role in the family. Attention-seeking.
  • Youngest: plenty of attention from parents and siblings. if spoiled, can lack ambition.
  • Only children risk being parent-bound or may find parental relationship claustrophobic and home early. Probably precocious and self-sufficient.

So? What about you? In the list above which one is you.

Scholaship

Why does a teacher…?

Why does a teacher have to make eye contact with students during a lesson? Here, I found out only there point.

  • To check that everyone (students) is concentrating.
  • To hold attention of students not being addressed and encourage them to listen to those doing the talking. Looking at the one student too long will make others feel excluded.
  • To show a student who is talking that the teacher is taking notice.
